• Keep it away from heat sources.
• Use the flannel cover provided at purchase to protect the bag from dust and scratches when not in use.
• Maintain the bag’s shape by keeping the paper stuffing provided at purchase when not in use.

• Clean Regularly:

• Gently wipe the leather surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
• For surface stains, use a soft cloth dampened with water, avoiding printed areas and then dry with a dry, soft cloth.
• For more stubborn stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap, testing it in a hidden area first to ensure no damage occurs and then dry with a dry, soft cloth.

• Only use cleaning products specifically indicated for leather. Always test them in a small hidden area first. We recommend leather-specific cleaning solutions from brands such as Fenice (www.fenice.care) or Uniters (www.uniters.com).
• For gold-plated accessories, use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently polish and remove fingerprints or smudges. Avoid using substances such as alcohol that could damage the leather, even if they are appropriate for cleaning accessories. Do not use hard tools to remove stains as they may scratch the surface.

• Handle with Care:

• Always lift the bag by its handles or straps rather than other parts to avoid stressing the leather.
• Avoid overloading the bag to preserve its shape and prevent damage.
• Keep the bag away from substances such as oil, cosmetics, perfumes, creams or hygiene products
• Avoid dragging the bag or placing it against hard or rough surfaces (e.g. walls, rugs, concrete), especially on the front where the printed logo is more susceptible to abrasion, the back and the corners.
• When placing the bag down, use the sturdy feet to keep it upright rather than laying it on its side

• If the bag gets wet, let it air dray naturally at room temperature. Avoid using hairdryers or heat sources, as they may damage the leather.
